I think she was trying to put nicely there is no software which does the work for you. She was trying to suggest nicely that you yourself input the words, and then the abbreviations through a free trial as you type. This way you would have what you need. In this business, you have to do research, check your work, do your own word expanders. If there was a software which automatically converted words to abbreviations she would have told you. So why not just do the work. The time it took you waiting to get a response you could have the abbreviations in there by now and you could be profiting from it.
