Nuance subcontracting to partner vendors - sm

Does Nuance think its employees are stupid enough to quit and go to work for a subcontractor.. making about half as much doing the same work and no benefits and having to pay our own taxes? Really Nuance? You're going to have to fire me or lay me off and pay unemployment before I quit to do the same work for almost half the pay.
