Transcend owns Nuance and that is the parent company. When all that business about not getting bonuses, it was listed as the parent company and not Nuance. Knowing these foul minded, doer of wrong deeds company, I am sure it is a gigantic tax break thing that gets them off the hook and yet more write offs probably.
If I am wrong, I stand corrected, but that was my interpretation of the whole thing. I suppose one could google it and find out more, if it is worth your time. You probably would have some free time with the NJA and outsourcing of all of their accounts lately! Scum company!
