where I was finally on the grid most of the time. Now I'm no longer on the grid most of the time, and they are starting to pressure me to get back on the grid. I've found the Canadian account has even MORE difficult ESLs, plus even though Canadians do speak English, they DO have an accent that takes some getting used to. I don't think I am ever going to consistently meet metrics on this account. SMH
