I was going to apply and ask for 6 cpl as shift differential, but knew I would never get it or even be acknowledged, so I passed. You're right, these companies are just robbing us by not paying a fair wage and hiring MTs to work as employees. I'll take a shift back any day, compared to the "flexibility." What a joke that is.
