I took WorkForce training and familiarized myself - with it.

I work a "split" shift ...9pm-midnight one night and 12am-5am the very next day.

WF has ALL OF MY PTO requests for Nov-Dec (a total of 52 hrs) INCORRECT. It shows me being off 9pm-midnight, WORKING the very next midnight-5am, and off again 9pm-midnight.

This is simply nothing but another MM disaster. I wonder how much money they are saving by using this.

I have a new HDSM. My old one never understood how my PTO worked, but I hope the new one can figure it out (but I'm not holding my breath...mgrs do not seem to have high IQs).
