Where MTs are pretty much shackled to their desks like an employee with the production requirements they require now, all that plus low pay, no benefits, and the paying two shares of the Canada Pension Plan even though as an IC MT, you are usually a company of one (can you say rip-off). At least as an IC, your rates should be higher to pay for all the things you get when you are an employee. Makes you wonder why MTs continue to work for Nuance in Canada. Nuance sucks!
