specifically, but other MTSOs. Probably cheaper so they don't have to pay taxes and benefits. Something tells me it's leading up to next layoff. My OM didn't commit either way, but did say that if something pops up workwise, she wouldn't immediately dismiss it, so reading between the lines, there is more to come to this whole miserable saga.
