they do this is to lower your salaries.
I know I'm redundant but for those of you who haven't seen my posts before - the absolutely only reason they do this is to lower your line rate by 3 cpl. If they were interested in quality they would keep the same MTs on the same accounts. It is never going to change. That is why I retired 5 years ago.
