I have individual pro 15. I have used it for VR for a single-doc account with tremendous success - I just proof and have created a macro to pull into their shell from what they dictate to complete the reports.
I also use it in a multi-doc setting using the echo dictation.
It's faster than I am.
I also am using Smartype and IT at the same time. It DOES bog the system, and I am running a gaming computer to do all of this.
I have had some version of dragon for the last five years. Overall, if you spend the time to train, it can help a bunch.
As the other posters have mentioned, you MUST proof. And carefully.
