Training is only about an hour - take notes and no they don't call you every week.
I am still new (about a month) so I've only gotten 1 paycheck but the pay is a little higher than advertised. You get a little bit more, which is a nice surprise.
I really like the experience. They leave you alone to do your work and don't bombard you with this and that. Just do your job and stick to your schedule that you submit.
If you run out of work, which has only happened to me once so far, you email them and someone will get back to you.
It's been nothing but a positive experience for me at least!
