In spite of the low pay are they a stable company. If there is fair treatment and if the work is good, platform is good, a good hourly rate can be had even at 3 cpl. However, if they play favorites, play head games, manipulate the work cue, manipulate access to jobs, play on IM, and if it is run by high school mentality, then no not worth it.
