I absolutely refuse to do any extra work for what little pay they give and the "crap" dictations I get. No way. They can keep right on sending the e-mails and I will keep right on ignoring them. I am only doing what I signed on for an nothing more. It is not like I am making a ton of money anyway. Hey, MTSO, either pay us more money for extra or hire more people, plain and simple.
