They did say in writing they were holding the check until they get the equipment. But I got up at like 5 a.m. this morning to pack it since my car lender has been torturing me and every little dime helps. I'm just really so over all the bad that has happened because of this hurricane and my job. I don't want to report them to the DOL, it would probably somehow backfire. As it is I am getting unemployment and I am waiting for the other shoe to drop for the low amount I get. Sigh. Thanks for your advice.
