Unfortunately, we couldn't get it working for me, so they had to escalate the problem. It is possible it is because my MModal computer is still running WindowsXP, but really they have no idea why. I usually am one of the last to update because I would rather make sure they aren't going to find problems and tell us to go back to the old version, but this was one change I was anxious for so tried it right away. I am so looking forward to saving time not clicking through headings all day. Last time they escalated a problem for me, I never heard back from anyone.
