KP is a fair supervisor working under the same crappy conditions we all are for the same sub par management folks. I have had 15 supervisors in the 20 years I've been with this company, and fair and impartial is all you can look for. If you're good at your job and you adhere to your schedule and make it through your audits, you're fine. The sour grapes comes from those who do not do all of the above, and that has nothing to do with your supervisor.
