Before the cyber attack 2 months prior I lost close to 5-7/hour because FIESA scoring errors that I had never been charged for before. For example number of blanks when it clearly said in acct specs were allowed for certain people. I disputed with my OM but nothing every got done and then we went down - needless to say lost a lot of money from the reduction in hourly from that point on especially after cyber attack with everything that was hourly. Seemed real coincidental to me.
