The entire QA system is a fraud and has been for years. However MTs continue to accept it. If I was a CEO I would find it incredible that the workers accept the concept that 99% means ANY mistake or 97% for a medical error. It is just fraud. 99 percent means out of 100 possibilities you miss 1. ONE LETTER. Each letter represents a possibility. There are 65 characters to a line. Not only that, but documents are of different lengths. The system is ridiculous but the MTs continue to work in it. It is like the emperor's new clothes. The MTs have worked in a fraudulent system for so long that the entire industry adopted it and everyone PRETENDS that it is normal when IT IS NOT.
