Tough on you, although delay was our fault.
The customer is always right. I guess Nuance is the customer and we are always wrong, no matter what?
Don't you wish we could get the ACLU or some other public defender law organization on our side to hit these companies with a massive class action lawsuit?
Sadly, I fear other MTSOs (from what I read on these hallowed pages) are just as bad if not worse.
There oughta be a law. Maybe there is, but if there is I can't enforce it nor afford an attorney to force them to enforce it. Powerless, maybe, but we see you, Nuance.
