I may be getting my own client after speaking with an office earlier this week. The office manager explained to me that they have their own server. This may be a question that I should know by now, but since I have never ran across my own clients, I'm looking into how this works. She said the lady before had a way of dialing into it from home.
Does this sound like a website you log into and download the voice files or do you think I will need a CPhone?
How does a CPhone work and is there a way for me to test it beforehand to be sure I have everything in place?
What Cphone do you recommend and where to get it would be very helpful as well. I'm trying to be as cost effective as possible to secure this job.
