not sure if this helps, but if your company is considered by the US International Trade Commission as "trade-injured" you should qualify for TAA.
Not sure though because I just lost my job due to Dragon, but in the end, didn't it all start with sending work overseas?
Shouldn't MT be absolutely considered job-injured? Does it have to be by company or hospital, because that is so unfair. Bottom line, it is all the same. Why should only Nuance MTs qualify. I have lost at least 5 jobs, and have yet to qualify for TAA.
it is so frustrating.
