After finally hearing back from my TSM, apparently I am getting dinged for ANYTHING I pend, including reports I pend to the client because of an incomplete dictation, no dictation, addendum, verify demographics, things that aren't supposed to be counted against us. It's just one more way to keep me at minimum wage.
