QC percent - MT

Last week I did not send a single report to QC or QA, or whatever they call themselves.  Not one.  No report had more than 2 blanks.  All went straight to the client.  So, why is it, when I go to approve my timesheet for this week, it says my percentage is well over 10?!  How is that possible when I did not send in a single report?  What the hell?
