They got me too-before malware attack - Mtn

The 2 months prior to malware I lost close to 6.00/hr for errors that were never charged before. I disputed but nothing ever got accomplished and then we went down. A lot of income lost especially when getting downtime 6.00/hour less. Normally I was in 99% range as well. Rather coincidental I thought.
