I worked on Dolbey Fusion for about 5 years and loved it. I'm not much of a tech wizard, but I did go to the Dolbey website, and there were telephone numbers for technical support with different numbers for nights/weekends/holidays. If I were you, I would go straight to them for help. The worst that could happen is that they would refuse or be unable to help.
Oh...it just occurred to me...could this be a licensing issue? Maybe you can't make it work because your PC isn't registered with them? I'm kind of technically challenged, so just ignore this suggestion if it doesn't make sense.
