Absolutely, positively not. I was a court stenographer back in the day (35 years ago) and I was getting $1.75 a page. It's very difficult to do especially without knowing who the players are. When I did it, I had recorded the proceeding so I could identify who was who. There are multiple people talking at once and sometimes can't be heard. Body-cam videos are now a part of some trials - worst thing to try to transcribe. You will end up working hours and hours for nothing in return.
