I don't have any advice, but I feel your pain and have been feeling quite frustrated by this lately. As I am asked to jump around more and more from clinic to clinic and having to pull patient lists for each clinic because their way of doing things is so antiquated, I feel I am doing more and more I am not paid for. Not to mention providers who consistently dictate on the wrong line, as you stated, having to flag many, many reports in a day, of which my time is unpaid. I looked at the bottom line today of what I am actually making per hour calculating ALL of my time actually working, and I am not happy.
