Be careful about reporting someone because they sound a certain way. You certainly don’t want to accuse anyone of being under the influence at work without proof and making libelous statements about a doctor could get you into ttouble. Maybe this doc was just tired, maybe he has other medical issues or maybe it’s just how he sounds, maybe it’s just bad audio quality. He might “sound” drunk but be perfectly fine, it would be difficult to prove and I have to ask why you think this is your problem.
