I claim my office space, my internet, my cell phone, my electric, my heat gas, my everything I can claim and I am an employee who works from home. We have a tax consultant who does all our taxes and this has never been an issue, in all my years of being a benefit employee. I am not sitting in their office building. I am sitting in mine and need it to do my job so it gets claimed.
