I have never been able to put my finger on it, but you described it to a "T" and what is so sad, all of the MTs feel threatened, etc., by them.
Not only do they bully, but lie about everything and I mean everything and it isn't just this company it is all of them. If I hear one more time, we pay you 4 cpl for voice, because you can produce twice as much, I am going to go postal! (not really). I am just so sick of that though.
Wow, I worked for TL many years ago too and then it became Medquist. I did like Docscribe (SP?) or whatever program it was though.
Times have changed, but not for the best I am afraid, at least in the business!
