I worked for them back when they were still Transcriptions Limited in Colton, CA, and they were pretty good to work for. When MedQuist bought them out it got nasty to work for them. CJ was the worst manager I had there, along with a few office types who couldnt be bothered to help out. They stamp out any attempt at unionization and have refused to even let them in buildings. All they care about is the almighty dollar and the perceived power they have over MTs.
