when I was hired, they didn't care that my state's min. wage was higher than the Federal MW by more than $2. I bet they're doing that now, so as not to run a loss having to do MUP (make-up pay). I usually have line counts that equal slightly lower than my state's minimum and they have been giving me MUP. I'm wondering how long that's going to last? Their line rates, platform, and accounts are such that it is hard to make more than min. wage in higher MW states. Oh boy!
