You have no idea what her situation is. Most of these MTSOs don't pay any better. Do you think she can just snap her fingers and have a better paying job? Maybe she works at home because it's cheaper than paying daycare for her kids. Maybe she lives in a rural area with no outside jobs nearby. Maybe she has no car to get to an outside job. Maybe she has medical issues and needs to work at home. Maybe her only training is in transcription. There are a million reasons why she is still working here even though the pay is abysmal. You have no right to judge someone you don't even know for the decisions they make regarding their life that affect you in no way.
