I actually asked my relative about that--filing and getting lost in the shuffle--but he said they verify all info from employee and employer, so with that and my cruddy luck, he knew I would be busted. He said people have tried it before, though. Guess I will have to wait for the next round of layoffs, if there is one.
BTW, I really like the OP's idea.
