I was one of the MTs laid off. They sent me "severance" paperwork, stating that in lieu of giving up my rights to sue the company, they would give me severance pay, which amounts to peanuts compared to what they've taken away from me over the years in pay. They KNOW they are doing illegal things to employees, and think that offering pennies will keep our silence. NEVER!
