Hospital's out-sourcing with Nuance and M*Modal is increasing. Cost wise hospital save 20% or more compared to in-house operation. This, unfortunately, is a trend. Nuance and M*Modal are leading the pack and have been effectively using off shore MTs. With Fluency and Dragon 360 - hospital's are using physicians edit/review their own documents. This even further lowers hospital's cost.

Bad news, the bad trend for MT industry as we know it.
