Nuance takes over and they offer lower rates to the hospital to have the account done in India because they can get work done cheaper in India. I had an account that was a hospital in United States and Nuance took over and offered the hospital cheaper rates to have it done in India and the greedy hospital accepted Nuance India's offer.
