I ad my aunt look it over as she is an assistant district attorney. She sent it on to someone who does civil and told me not to sign it. Will hear more in a couple days.
Even if she had not, I still wouldn't. It states in section 3 they are released from any responsibility to pay severance pay, back pay, PTO, etc.
