Nobody with any sense would even consider taking on that company with all its potential for lawsuits, destroyed good-will, reputation for deceit and overall poor reputation.
It is just overall is a horrible investment. They are probably just going to fold in the hopes they can avoid their potential lawsuits and $$$ hemorrhaging.
The inepts that ran the company should NEVER work in a position of management again.
