I was wondering about the benefits. Are they really competitive? I have an excellent plan now with Medcost Preferred. I wouldn't want to give that up if it wasn't worth it. We're the highest tiered plan also. Also the job description talked about critical thinking skills, which honestly I lack. Tell me about how that plays into your day.
