Help With A Word! - arweaver

Hello,

I am an MT in training and I need help with deciphering a word in a nose surgery case. The sentence and context is as follows and the unidentifiable (to me) word(s) is underlined. Thank you to anyone who can offer suggestions or help.

"The patient has a significant functional narrowing of both nasal passages due to a deviation of the nasal septum, hypertrophy of the inferior turbinates, and narrowing of the internal nasal delodarias. In addition, the lower portion of the nose is weak and collapses with inspiration. Surgical treatment is required to improve the mechanical blockage."
