Yes I did try this, and thank you for your reply. I went back to original foot pedal and it worked again, though both were Infinity USB 2 foot pedals, the second one was not compatible for some reason. So if ES won't let me choose USB then the pedal is not working. I also tested both on Express scribe and it liked the first pedal but not the second one.
