too fast, as you said you're just getting back into this work. Try just slowing the speed down a little and proof as you go. You really won't lose that much in line count because you won't be going back to fix things, which is a time sucker. Once you are more comfortable with the account and the dictators, you can speed things up again. Personally, I have always found that if I push for speed it is a stressor and I make those kinds of mistake. I find a pace that is comfortable for me and don't make them. My motto is slow and steady wins the race. Slow of course doesn't actually mean to poke along but find a comfortable speed where you don't make stupid mistakes.
