I do feel sorry for the innocent parties involved who have to suffer because of this situation (such as the patients, clients and providers), but I am NOT going to give them more of a chance to lower my pay by spending MORE time not meeting productivity requirements (which is NOT possible with my account) and thereby lowering my pay. PLUS since my account is a NO-BLANKS account I would also be decreasing my pay by sending more than 5% for review. As far as I am concerned Nuance made their own bed, and now they have to LIE in it!
