Are you saying they actually picked up the phone to call you and blast you about your performance? I'm surprised they didn't hide behind some lame, tasteless email like they are so good at doing. I don't care what anyone says, there is some hidden agenda going on in that company. I guess you're getting all the difficult BS dictations I used to get. Your quality scores must be excellent that's why their pushing those on you. Just remember, in their eyes it's QUANTITY NOT QUALITY that matter$.
