transcription work in real time, no doubt via a camera in the exam rooms, type what the doctor says during the exam, including everything from the exam to medications, to prognosis, etc. very detailed work, but should be able to ask questions of the doc while on line. could be interesting, but as a patient, I would not want that in my examination.
