I have 7 years' experience as an MT and average $3 to $4 per hour with Proscript on VR but I constantly run out of work after about 150 lines to 200 lines during my shifts lately. Since backlog got caught up, they have stopped yelling at us in their emails at all hours of the day about getting online and getting to work. There is a mere trickle of files across the board. Most of the dictators don't enunciate clearly or are ESL and you do a lot of retyping VR.
