I was a manager laid off last year. There are stipulations to the TAA. Check with your local unemployment office. BUT, no new TAA is needed as long as you are part of the "affected employees" which you do (85, 858 does not expire until November 2017 - two years after being approved/signed). If you are over 50, there are even more benefits available. Good luck!! I know four people using this benefit.
