QA is who goes through reports for post audit errors, and those errors lower our pay. QC is who we send reports to with questions before the client gets them, and any errors they find are not used to dock pay. (I haven't noticed any difference with FIESA QA post-audits, but I'm sure I've just been lucky so far.)
