I suspect that in time, the Indian workers will feel the pain that the US workers are feeling. It will be worse for them though, they don't have some of the safety nets for workers that we have in the US. It is hard to resent them knowing how little they are paid in comparison (and Nuance is cheap in the US), and how much more abuse Nuance gets away with there.
